Use of the site
By using noiratelier.in you agree to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not scrape, reproduce, or commercialise any content from the atelier without written permission.
Products & availability
All products are produced in deliberate quantities. Sizes, colours, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders that appear fraudulent.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment processing goes live at RED LAUNCH. Until then, the cart is for interest capture only.
Shipping & returns
Shipping policies will be defined at RED LAUNCH. We expect to ship across India within 5–9 business days.
Intellectual property
All designs, copy, photography, and the Noir Atelier name are the intellectual property of the atelier. The fictional Office of Delayed Progress and other capsule departments are works of satirical fiction; any resemblance to real institutions is intentional but not endorsed.
Liability
The atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
