What we collect
When you join the Atelier or place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We do not collect payment information directly — that is handled by our payment processor at RED LAUNCH.
What we do with it
We use your information for three things: (1) sending you order confirmations and shipping updates, (2) notifying you of new capsule releases if you have opted in, and (3) responding to your enquiries. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses essential cookies for cart persistence and basic anonymised analytics to understand which pages are visited. No personally identifiable information is associated with these analytics.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
